The journey of ABF Voices of Uganda continues to be enriched by educational and formative experiences that go beyond choral practice, guiding children and young people in discovering their local communities and surroundings.
From February 10 to 12, 2026, participants took part in a program filled with opportunities for learning and sharing. Visits to significant local sites, including a special day at the zoo, became valuable opportunities to learn more about their country, explore its beauty, and grow together through curiosity, discovery, and the joy of shared experiences.
Each activity contributes to enriching the personal development of the children and young people involved and represents an important step in preparing for the first ABF Voices of Global Gathering, which will take place in Italy in July 2026. The event will bring together young participants from the program’s different international contexts, offering them the opportunity to meet, share experiences, and build new relationships through music.
Implemented in collaboration with local partner SOUP Uganda, the project combines educational and musical training, transforming the choir into a space where learning, creativity, and personal growth naturally come together and reinforce one another.
ABF Voices of Uganda is an integral part of the international ABF Voices Of community, which brings together Uganda, Haiti, the Holy Land, the Rione Sanità district of Naples, and Camerino in a shared journey dedicated to nurturing talent, creativity, and beauty through the inclusive power of music.
